Bulgogi is one of the most loved Korean dishes.

Thin beef slices marinated in soy sauce-based sweet sauce

How Do You Eat Bulgogi?

Easy Bulgogi Recipe at Home


Ingredients


300g thin sliced beef


1/2 onion, carrot, mushroom, scallion


3 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil


1 tbsp minced garlic, black pepper


2 tbsp pear juice or apple puree (optional)



Instructions


1. Mix all sauce ingredients to make marinade



2. Marinate beef for at least 30 minutes



3. Stir-fry with veggies in a pan until juicy and cooked



4. Serve hot with rice!




Tip: Add a fried egg on top for extra yum!
